Concord Cleaners?!?!? No way. They wrote my name inside the collar of each of my shirts in permanent marker without asking. I was in an important meeting with my boss and he caught a glimpse when I leaned forward (business casual–no ties). “Is that your name written on your shirt? I thought you graduated the 3rd grade.”
